• 40 minute sound bath - Using crystal alchemy singing bowls, 1 inch thick comfortable mats, supportive pillows, sustainable waffle blankets, linen eye pillows.

• Guided imagination visualization

• Tea ceremony - Cup Choosing, Ginger Green Tea, Sweet and Salty Snacks

• Time to process what came up for you in the Sound Bath (if you want… never pressure to share)

STEP 1 - GETTING TO KNOW YOU FORM

Fill out our ‘getting to know you form’ - If you have already filled this out for a past event please move on to step 2 and RSVP below. You only need to fill this form out once and we will keep it on file. This is a 5 minute questionnaire, as these events are in a private home and we want a little glimpse at who is joining us. Our events are first come first serve!

Once we receive your ‘getting to know you form’ (or check that we have it on file) and your RSVP, we will send you any instructions/information about the event and a payment link.
