re·treat

1. an act of moving back or withdrawing

2. a place of safety or refuge

3. permission to quit something that feels lifeless

Retreat Day hosts seasonal retreats centered around the rhythms of nature. We want to hold space for people to rest and experience connection, while gaining self-knowledge/love, making art and devouring delicious food. We curate the retreats with local food gems and thoughtful gifts to nourish and delight you!

WHO NEEDS SOME SELF AND SOUL CARE?

We ALL do! Our lives are really full in both beautiful and stretching ways. We noticed personally we have a hard time getting away for a two or three day retreat (and still think those are important rhythms). We want to bring together our favorite elements of retreats in a day experience.

We love the contemplative time that retreats offer to check back in with our souls. We love connecting with others and being inspired by their lives and stories. We love creating art out of a place of deep connection, rest and feeling nourished.

THE RHYTHMS OF THE SEASONS CAN BE A CONSTANT TEACHER IF WE PAY ATTENTION & ALLOW THEIR GIFTS AND WISDOM IN OUR LIVES.

twelve

These retreats have space for twelve people to keep the setting intimate and give space for everyone’s voice and learning. At every retreat we hold one space for someone who wouldn’t treat themselves to this experience or can’t afford to invest in themselves financially in this way. If you want to nominate yourself or someone you love please do so here.

“Serene. Everything was very thoughtfully curated. I felt safe and comfortable amongst women I’d never met. Everyone was very respectful  open. I hope you continue to do these seasonally. It was a 10/10 for me.”
